Reincarnated Tomatoes

Ingredients:

3lbs tomatoes (about 6 medium-large) chopped

1 cup white cooking wine

2 tbsp olive oil

2 small onions chopped

5 cloves garlic --Whole

3 tbsp basil

3 tbsp rosemary

3 tbsp tarragon

3 tbsp oregano

2 bay leaves

4 green onions chopped

Salt & Pepper to taste

Prep:

Chop tomatoes and throw into large stockpot.

Add white wine, olive oil, onion, garlic, and

Bring sauce to simmer (do not boil) reduce heat

To low.

Sit back and Forgetta’ bout it – well, stir

Occasionally--- for about 1 hour.

Remove from heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes.

Serve immediately.
