2010 CSA Application

I am applying for a share of the 2010 Willing Hands Organic Farm harvest.  I understand that I am sharing the agricultural risks associated with growing produce. I understand that Willing Hands Organic Farm agrees to make every effort to secure a successful harvest for me.

 If I cannot pick up my share, it is my responsibility to make other arrangements.  Shares not picked up by 1:30 will be eaten by someone else:)

 I understand my commitment for a 2010 share is $600.00.  A $100.00 deposit is required with my application to hold my share.  The remainder is due IN FULL by March 31st, please.
