The real trick is to have these greens reach you on Saturday looking as nice as when I cut them on Friday. It is something of a nightmare when the temp is 92 degrees. They want to wilt within minutes!
Asian Braising Greens, tedious to harvest since each leaf must be cut individually, as not all leaves are good. All the leaves on the ground are rejects.
